- To be eligible for a refund, you must provide proof of payment (receipt or transaction ID).
- Custom IT solutions, including software, web, and application development, once work has commenced.
- Any digital or licensed products that have been delivered or accessed.
- IT consulting fees, project assessment charges, and contractual deposits.
- Domain registrations, hosting services, and third-party integrations.

- Refund requests will be reviewed, and you will receive a response within 3-5 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, minus any applicable service or transaction fees.
- Partial refunds may be granted in cases where work has already commenced but not fully completed.
- If you disagree with a refund decision, you may appeal by contacting our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the decision.
- Disputes will be resolved based on the terms outlined in our service contract.
